High School Transitions "Step Up" Scholarship (Fall 16)

These scholarships are awarded to high school students with proven college readiness, who have maintained a grade average of 75 or better in a transitions class, have demonstrated financial need, and register as full-time students (at least 15 credits) each semester. Preference will be given to those who have participated in WCC’s Pathways High School Transitions (“Step Up”) program. The award is renewable for the second year if the student maintains a GPA of 2.2 and continues to take a full course load. A graduating scholarship will also be provided if the student completes his/her degree/certificate within three years. Open to all students, regardless of status. Students must reapply each year.
